Session Fee

We will accept students with the following disabilities (must first complete the application to be considered):

​​

• Verbal/non-verbal

• Wheelchair bound

• Deaf with shadow 

• Blind with shadow

• Minimal behavioral issues

​

We are unable able to accept students with the following:

​​

• Aggressive Behavior

• Requires bathroom assistance 

​

The following forms are REQUIRED by December 6th for consideration. 

​​

• Session Parent Questionnaire/Application

• Raleigh ACT Waiver Form

• Raleigh ACT Code of Conduct Form

Full payment will be due by January 2nd, 2025
